Rental Application Criteria

Cap Core Real Estate believes in providing quality rental properties to qualified tenants in the greater Phoenix area.
The first step is determining if you are a qualified tenant. You will need to meet the minimum criteria:

Income

Combined income is greater than 3x the monthly rent

Income

We compare the info you provided with your employer

Evictions

There shall be no evictions in the last 7 years

Evictions

We review the information provided to us by our background check provider

Credit

There shall be a minimum credit score of 550 required

Credit

We review your credit score, payment history and current bills to determine your ability and history of paying on-time

If you meet the above criteria and are interested in submitting an application, keep in mind:

- Each occupant over 18 years old must complete and pay the Application Fee. Application fees are non-refundable.
- Each applicant must provide a Driver's License or other form of ID.
- Each applicant must provide proof of income (pay stubs/bank statements) for the last 3 months.
